Role Responsibilities:
As a Junior Field Engineering Specialist, you will play a vital role in our operations by overseeing the field commissioning of customized building automation systems tailored to each client's unique needs. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-centric individual. This position serves as an entry point into the Field Engineering career path, where you will undertake assignments that will progressively enhance your troubleshooting skills and project management capabilities.

Key Duties:
  • Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced Direct Digital Control systems for customers.
  • Provide effective solutions to system-related challenges.
  • Deliver comprehensive project management for small to mid-sized projects.
  • Ensure proper operation of systems, including controls, sensors, and software.
  • Load software and configure trends, alarms, and reports.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate project status and details clearly to clients.
  • Conduct site-specific training for owners/operators on the complete system.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Able to climb ladders or operate lift equipment exceeding 8 feet and lift items up to 50 lbs.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and be insurable under company policy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or Technical/Business School Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.
  • Experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or a similar domain.
  • Familiarity with building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installation of building automation controls.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networks, including wireless technologies.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
Compensation:
$41,500 - $72,625 Annually
