As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator LDRP at Research Medical Center, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and improving healthcare outcomes. This role requires a Registered Nurse with a strong background in leadership and a passion for nursing excellence.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Registered Nurse Diploma
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Neonate Resuscitate certification within 90 days of employment start date
Responsibilities
  • Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
