Job Summary:

Administer radiopharmaceuticals or radiation intravenously to detect or treat diseases, using radioisotope equipment. Administer medical substances for imaging or other procedures. Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation. Coordinate patient flow and maintain procedure quality control.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/certificate from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine
  • State Nuclear Medicine License
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) from NMTCB
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine (Preferred for HI)
  • Venipuncture certification
  • State Nuclear Med Tech (SNMT)
