Nuclear Medicine Technologist Per Diem Opportunity

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for administering radiopharmaceuticals and radiation to detect and treat diseases. You will also perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation and coordinate patient flow to maintain procedure quality control.
Responsibilities:- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and radiation to detect and treat diseases
- Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation
- Coordinate patient flow to maintain procedure quality control
- Prepare and administer radioactive isotopes for therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies
- Document all pertinent information regarding radioactive materials and surveys
- Diploma or certificate from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine
- State Nuclear Medicine License
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) from NMTCB
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine (preferred for HI)
- Venipuncture certification
- State Nuclear Med Tech (SNMT)
