Requirements

  • Education and Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Knowledge of production planning and control principles
    • Experience with quality control procedures and auditing
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Compensation

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$64,313.30 - $87,012.11
