Dental Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled General Dentist to join our team at Willamette Dental Group. As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and other procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embody Willamette Dental Group's treatment philosophy, mission, and values in all aspects of your work.
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Assist with coordinating schedules and ensuring patients have access to timely care.
- Ensure quality care and adherence to our treatment philosophy, including data analysis and patient counseling.
- Adhere to office strategic goals, economic value reports, and patient count metrics.
- Emphasize customer experience and patient transparency in all interactions.
- Obtain and maintain necessary certifications, including Nitrous Oxide credentials.
- Strictly adhere to OSHA and blood-borne pathogens policies.
- Follow FDA and ALARA principle guidelines for radiographs.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
- Valid licensure in the specific state(s) where practicing.
Compensation and Benefits:
Our General Dentist position offers a competitive salary range of $350,000-$400,000 USD per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, flexible spending accounts, and more.
Physical Requirements:
The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping, and carrying light items.
