Recovery Supervisor

Mark Twain Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Recovery Technician Supervisor to join our team in Hannibal, Missouri.

Job Summary

The Recovery Technician Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and evaluating Recovery Technicians, ensuring adherence to standards and code of conduct, and providing training and support to team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate Recovery Technicians to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to standards
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address concerns
• Collaborate with Program Directors and Clinical Director to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives
• Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with MTBH policies and procedures, including the Ethical Code of Conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or recognized Substance Abuse Professional certification
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field
• Knowledge of the recovery process and ability to apply it in a supervisory role
