Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification in CT and X-ray from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
