A Day in the Life of Our Agents

  • New business development through client outreach, including cold calls, meetings, and industry events
  • Advising clients on achieving their investment real estate goals related to valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Preparing analyses of clients' properties, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparables, and research
  • Staying up-to-date on local market trends and researching the latest industry developments
  • Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
  • Prospecting new client relationships and networking with other industry professionals
  • Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, Letter-of-Intents, and Purchase & Sales Agreements
  • Participating in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops

Compensation

We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. This includes a base salary, commissions, and bonuses, providing a rewarding and lucrative career path.
