Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Professional to join our team at The EADS Group. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for leading comprehensive planning projects, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with local governments and community groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans for urban and rural areas
  • Collaborate with local governments, community groups, and stakeholders to identify planning needs and develop solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform planning decisions
  • Prepare and present planning reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, with a focus on comprehensive planning and community engagement
  • Strong knowledge of planning laws, ordinances, and codes, including the PA Municipalities Planning Code
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
