Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Senior Manager of Outside Plant Construction to ensure alignment with growth strategies.
  • Supervise all stages of construction, including planning, financial management, and safety regulations.
  • Lead daily field operations and offer technical support related to overhead, underground, and buried installations, as well as splicing.
  • Monitor productivity, control expenses, and ensure compliance from vendors.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and maintain relationships with utility companies and regulatory bodies.
  • Keep precise records of plant operations and project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in network construction with proficiency in CAD, GIS, and outside plant specifications.
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of RUS Construction standards, NESC regulations, and outside plant construction details (overhead, underground, buried, splicing, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications network architecture and customer connectivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, GIS, and telecom network management systems.
  • Proven track record in project management, vendor engagement, and technical expertise.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and practical experience with FTTP construction techniques.
