The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about student loans. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience and/or general office experience is preferred.

This role requires the ability to learn and retain knowledge of the student loan industry, including the various types of loans, repayment options, and financial aid programs. You will also need to have strong math skills and be able to accurately update customer accounts.

In addition to a competitive salary of $17.75/hour, plus an extra $1 per hour for Spanish speaking, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSA, generous earned time off, 401K/student loan repayment, life insurance & AD&D insurance, employee assistance program, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, performance-based incentive pay, short- and long-term disability, and a robust wellness program.
