Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective distribution of medications to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and evaluate medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety
  • Verify medication orders for drug-drug, drug-allergy, and drug-disease state interactions
  • Provide drug information to clinicians and patients
  • Maintain accurate and complete records on patient profiles and controlled drug substances
  • Manage pharmaceutical inventories and maintain emergency drug supplies
  • Direct and verify the work of Pharmacy Technicians
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or Master's degree required
  • Current New Jersey State license as a Registered Pharmacist required
  • Two years experience preferred, with two years hospital experience preferred for Hospital Pharmacist
  • Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred
