The Senior Automotive Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that all repairs are executed accurately and efficiently by qualified personnel. This position is responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with industry guidelines and company protocols.
Compensation: $45.00 flag rate

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose vehicle issues based on certifications and experience.
- Execute work as outlined in the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with precision and efficiency.
- Perform complex repairs on various vehicle systems.
- Communicate technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-technical individuals, including management and customers.
- Advise on essential services to maintain vehicle performance and document all recommendations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any concerns to management.
- Maintain relevant ASE certifications and ensure timely renewals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- Proficient in using computerized diagnostic equipment.
- Valid and current driver's license.
- Current ASE certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.
Working Conditions:
The Senior Automotive Technician will encounter moderate to loud noise levels, dust, exhaust fumes, and various automotive fluids. The work environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the facility.
- Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for up to 10 hours per day.
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Effective communication skills, including hearing and speaking.
- Vision sufficient to distinguish color, depth, and focus.
