  • Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to management
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2 years of related sales experience
  • Experience in direct and broker sales
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry required
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to determine solutions for customers
  • Results-oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time as needed
  • Valid state driver's license
