Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with site protocols and updates.
- Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
- Document and escalate any concerns or inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure order and visibility.
- Control access to the premises for authorized individuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
- Perform checks on doors and gates to maintain security.
- Identify and report any unusual activities or hazards.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
This position involves physical activity in various environments and may require travel between sites. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime is essential.
Reporting Structure:
The Evening Security Officer is a full-time hourly position reporting to the Field Quality & Compliance Supervisor.
