Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Providing basic health monitoring, including checking vital signs and administering medications
  • Supporting light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation
  • Arranging transportation for clients as necessary
  • Gathering and documenting information regarding clients' health conditions and treatment plans
  • Observing and reporting changes in clients' conditions
  • Staying informed about best practices in home health care
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • The ability to pass a background check and provide references
  • Strong independent working skills as well as the ability to follow directions
  • Exceptional personal hygiene and a compassionate demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping tasks
