Key Responsibilities:
  • **Coordinate Schedules and Research Activities**: Manage schedules and monitor research activities for minimal risk studies, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Support Recruitment and Enrollment**: Assist in the recruitment, screening, eligibility determination process, and enrollment of trial participants, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • **Perform Administrative and Regulatory Duties**: Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance, as assigned by senior staff.
  • **Recognize and Report Adverse Events**: Identify and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and other unanticipated problems, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • **Collect and Enter Research Data**: Collect, abstract, and enter research data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • **Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study is required.
  • **Clinical Experience**: Experience working with patients and families in clinical settings is preferred.
  • **Knowledge of Biology or Medicine**: Knowledge of biology or medicine gained through education or prior work experience is preferred.
  • **Strong Communication Skills**: Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as cultural sensitivity.
  • **Salary Range**: The target hiring range for this position is between $49,850 and $69,000 per year, with the offered salary determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
