About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position reports directly to the CEO and COO and requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

This role involves providing administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and bookkeeping duties such as A/P and A/R, creating invoices, using Quickbooks. You will also be responsible for processing payroll, managing software accounts, planning and coordinating events for the team, and assisting with special projects.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also handle HR-related tasks, such as creating and posting job openings, initial phone interviews, and coordinating follow-up interviews with hiring managers. You will also perform background checks and drug screening, onboard new employees, maintain employee personal files, facilitate yearly appraisal reviews, administer health benefits and 401K, and conduct new employee orientation.

We are seeking an individual with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar, 3+ years of experience in office administration and HR, working knowledge of Quickbooks, and strong written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, have excellent attention to detail, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to work independently with little supervision.

The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and matching 401K.
