Job Title: Catholic Youth Minister Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catholic Youth Minister Director to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and conducting young adult ministry programs, advising the command chaplain on spiritual and religious needs, and maintaining a flexible work schedule to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and conduct young adult ministry programs, including weekly support and day retreats.
  • Advise the command chaplain on creative and innovative ways to meet spiritual and religious needs.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to adjust to command operational requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate day retreats, vacation bible school, and conferences.
  • Direct the annual summer children's VBS program.
  • Research, plan, and implement bible lessons, speak outs, and activities.
  • Assist students and families in personal and emotional issues through phone, text, and other media.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of young adult ministry experience or equivalent.
  • High school diploma and some college education experience.
