Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catholic Youth Minister Director to join our team at Ladgov Corporation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and conducting young adult ministry on a weekly basis, working in close collaboration with the command chaplain to plan and implement effective ministry support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive young adult ministry program, including planning and coordination of weekly activities and events.
  • Collaborate with the command chaplain to identify and address the spiritual and religious needs of young adults, and develop innovative solutions to meet these needs.
  • Work closely with the Chaplain to maintain a flexible work schedule that can adapt to changing command operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in young adult ministry or equivalent.
  • High school diploma and some college education experience.
