Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Environmental Remediation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing environmental remediation systems, including in-situ and ex-situ technologies, ISCO, SVE, thermal, ISS, excavation, and disposal.
- Overseeing the installation, operation, maintenance, and optimization of remediation systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conducting fate and transport modeling to predict the behavior of contaminants in the environment.
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite to develop designs, plans, and project documentation.
- Complying with all environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including scientists, engineers, and project managers, to achieve project goals.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in environmental engineering and remediation technologies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental remediation, system design, operation, and project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong understanding of in-situ and ex-situ remediation technologies, ISCO, SVE, thermal, ISS, excavation, and disposal.
- Experience in remediation system installation, operation, maintenance, and optimization.
- Knowledge of fate and transport modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license.
- Commitment to environmental sustainability and a passion for making a positive impact on the environment.
