Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to member inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check members into the system, handle new member sign-ups, and facilitate account updates.
- Provide accurate and timely information to members regarding club operations, promotions, and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
