About the Role:

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a warm smile and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Enforce the Judgement Free Zone and create a welcoming atmosphere that makes Planet Fitness unique in the fitness industry.
  • Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships, while also creating connections with the community.

Requirements:

  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
