We are seeking a skilled Roofing Operations Superintendent to join our team. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the General Manager to manage field operations and oversee all facets of roofing construction across both residential and commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in leading large teams, hands-on fieldwork, and a comprehensive understanding of various roofing systems applicable to both new builds and renovation projects. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to strategize planning, scheduling, budgeting, and conduct meetings.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project specifications, performing inspections and addressing issues as they arise.
• Manage resources effectively, develop schedules, and resolve any project delays.
• Lead teams and subcontractors, ensuring clarity on project details and safety protocols.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
• Oversee documentation by Foremen and maintain records in various platforms.
• Identify potential jobsite risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Enhance overall productivity, quality, and compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Provide training and mentorship to crews, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with roofing materials and systems, including at least 2 years in the commercial roofing sector.
• Proficient in composition and low-slope roofing installations.
• Extensive knowledge of various roofing systems in both restoration and new construction contexts.
• In-depth understanding of commercial and residential roofing systems and their components.
• Competent in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong foundation in trade knowledge and team management.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000
