Position: Roofing Project Superintendent - Commercial and Residential

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Project Superintendent to join our team at NW Recruiting Partners. This pivotal role involves overseeing roofing operations for both commercial and residential projects, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the General Manager to manage field operations and all facets of roofing construction, including metal and service departments. A strong background in leading large teams and a comprehensive understanding of various roofing systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers on project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project specifications, conducting inspections and addressing any issues that arise.
• Manage resources effectively, develop schedules, and resolve any delays in the project timeline.
• Lead and guide crews and subcontractors, ensuring clarity on project details and safety protocols.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee documentation from Foremen and maintain accurate records using FCS, Google Drive, and Asana.
• Identify potential jobsite risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, preventing delays.
• Enhance productivity and quality while ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Provide training and mentorship to crews, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with roofing materials and systems, including at least 2 years in the commercial roofing sector.
• Proficient in composition and low-slope roofing installations.
• Extensive experience with a variety of roofing systems in both restoration and new construction contexts.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems and their components.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• A proven leader with strong trade knowledge and team management capabilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000
