About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Quality and Evaluation team, supporting the Social Care Networks. The ideal candidate will be a compelling data storyteller with excellent communication skills, able to present complex information to various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have experience building reports and dashboards in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, as well as familiarity with social care coordination and/or working with Managed Care Organization (MCO) datasets.

This is a grant-funded position ending March 31, 2027. We offer a competitive salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with teams to ensure quality of metrics and alignment with program objectives, New York State requirements, and organizational needs.
  • Use and visualize data to identify program and/or data quality issues, develop solutions, and implement those solutions.
  • Maintain monitoring reports for PHS' Social Care Networks.
  • Generate quarterly status reports using key performance indicators to guide Social Care Network leadership in making timely decisions.
  • Support training and capacity building efforts both internally and to Social Care Network partners.
  • Participate in team and stakeholder meetings as needed.
