Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to lead our lab construction projects in the Boston area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing on-site construction teams, ensuring project schedules are met, and maintaining high-quality construction standards.

About the Role
As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee the planning, organization, and coordination of multiple projects, with a focus on lab fit-out and small ground-up projects up to $10M. You will work closely with project managers to develop and implement project schedules, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and trades
* Ensure project schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
* Collaborate with project managers to resolve issues and improve project delivery
* Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Use project management software to track project progress and financials

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* 5-10+ years of experience in construction management, with 3+ years leading projects as the superintendent
* Experience managing life science projects, including lab fit-out and small ground-up projects up to $10M
* Strong literacy in MS Word and Excel, and working understanding of Procore
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
