Position Overview

The Equine Client Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing communication and service delivery within the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. This position is dedicated to providing exceptional client support in equine and livestock medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients and referring veterinarians, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring accurate client and patient information is maintained.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee the online scheduling system and manage communications regarding appointment statuses and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinicians, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in veterinary or human healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical records.
