Job Summary

Excell Preparatory Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and engaging space that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development in our infants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development in infants
  • Establish a positive and respectful relationship with infants, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that promotes health and safety
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful program
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with infants and toddlers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move children and equipment
  • First aid and CPR certification
