Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Payroll Processing: Timely and accurately process US and Canadian payrolls to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Audit and Reporting: Analyze Workday audit reports for payroll processing and prepare reports for management and auditing purposes.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues within 2 business days and maintain documentation of all payroll transactions.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in completing accurate and timely filing of annual tax returns and provide support for internal and external payroll-related audits.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of payroll work experience in a high-volume processing environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll systems, including Workday experience.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting principles related to payroll processing.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
