Childcare Coordinator

The Learning Experience is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Coordinator to join our team. As a Childcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional care and education to our youngest learners.

We are committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package that includes an estimated annual salary of $42,000 - $52,000, depending on experience. This role requires a High School Diploma/GED and prior experience in childcare or a demonstrable passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met
• Maintain a safe and clean environment that promotes healthy development
• Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and shared goals

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Prior experience in childcare or a related field
• State-specific certifications and training

Physical Demands:

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
