At New Enterprise Stone & Lime, we are seeking a skilled Asphalt Distributor Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of road jobs across the Lancaster Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Drive and operate a distributor truck equipped with a tank to spray asphalt emulsions on road surfaces.
  • Teamwork and Safety: Work collaboratively with our team to complete jobs safely and on time, adhering to our company's focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
  • Construction Knowledge: Learn the ins and outs of roadway construction and paving, as well as the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA.
Requirements:
  • Valid CDL and Experience: Possess a valid CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements, 2 years of experience, and comply with NESL driving standards.
  • Positive Attitude and Team Mindset: Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to grow and learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Education and Certifications: Hold a High School Diploma or GED and meet any additional certification requirements.
