Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Epic Willow Consultant to join our team. This role involves working on both Ambulatory and Inpatient projects, contributing to the successful implementation and management of Epic Willow systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: 8-10 years in a relevant field with Epic Certification in Willow AMB or IP.
  • Certifications: Must be Epic Certified in Willow AMB and/or IP.
  • Preferred Background: Experience in pharmacy technology.
  • Integration Experience: Familiarity with third-party systems such as Omnicell, Surescripts, and McKesson Supplier.
  • Project Leadership: Proven experience in project implementation and leadership.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage core builds for Willow Inventory including IVL, PRD, BAL, PCO, and WHS.
  • Oversee standard build and maintenance tasks within Willow, focusing on formulary, barcoding, medications, and pharmacy tools.

Work Hours:
Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM HST.

Location Requirements:
