We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit team at Mercy Fort Smith. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working nights, with a focus on providing exceptional care to patients in our Medical Unit. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, utilizing your skills and expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current RN license in the state of hire, as well as American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
