Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Diversified Technical Services, Inc. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support analytical and reporting needs.
  • Use statistical techniques and software tools to interpret data and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data analysis processes and methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a data analyst related role.
  • Experience working within a Federal/DoD environment.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, human resources modeling, and coordination of resources.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human resources system databases within a federal environment.

Security Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a clearance and work within a classified environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Mathematics related field.
