About the Position

SRC Automotive, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Springfield, MO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Identify and recommend appropriate SRC solutions to customer needs/problems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide input to customer problem resolution.
  • Work with Materials, and Production to provide customer information regarding lead-times on product.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School diploma or GED, Bachelor of Science degree preferred in a business or technical discipline, or two years of related experience in lieu of each one year of formal education.
  • Two (2) years of successful customer relations experience preferred.
  • Experience in automotive, industrial or/and marine markets is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-assured and confident in a variety of settings.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
