Job Title: Applications / System Architect (EDX) (Int)

ECS is seeking a highly skilled Applications / System Architect (EDX) (Int) to join our team in Morgantown, WV. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Applications / System Architect (EDX) (Int) to support transformative science and technology solutions for the Department of Energy. As a key member of our team, you will research, develop, and integrate state-of-the-art software to provide Enterprise authentication and authorization services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Web, REST API Single Sign-On authentication and authorization services by integrating with Access Manager.
  • Work with developers to enable applications for authentication and authentication services.
  • Monitor production services and respond to system problems and user issues.
  • Contribute to the fulfillment of technical projects and organizational objectives functioning as an effective team member on multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Provide technical assistance, training, and/or mentoring to others in the areas of authentication and authorization services Systems Architect.
  • Establish system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND two years of related work experience
  • OR Associate's Degree in a related field AND four years of related work experience
  • OR Six years of related work experience
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret or DOE Q clearance throughout the life of the contract.
  • Must be a US Citizen per contract.
  • Must currently live in Morgantown, WV or willing to relocate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
  • Active Top Secret or DOE Q Clearance with the ability to maintain clearance throughout the life of the contract.
  • Two or more years experience supporting US Government customers.
  • Project Management Professional certification.
  • Experience supporting complex government and programs of a research and development nature.
