Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Building Materials team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing a sales team, and developing new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage existing customer relationships to drive sales and business growth.
Travel frequently to customer sites, including SMEs, within the territory.
Work independently and often remotely, managing your schedule and tasks effectively.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize commission opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven sales background with specific experience in plumbing, septic, or building materials required.
Strong network and customer base in the industry preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage significant travel requirements.
Track record of leading successful sales teams.
