Job Description

We are seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Brooklyn Audiology Associates. This is a full-time/part-time position with an estimated salary of $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture patients' trust, loyalty, and engage with them to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Make and take phone calls, manage, track, and audit schedules.
  • Exceptional telephone skills are required.
Requirements:
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Experience in medical practice or healthcare front office is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel proficiency is required.
  • Exceptional time management, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills are essential.
