Position Overview:
Tact Staff is currently seeking a skilled Traveling Respiratory Care Specialist to fulfill a temporary role. This position involves providing essential respiratory care services in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory therapy, focusing on life support techniques and the management of both acute and chronic pulmonary conditions. The role also includes:

  • Acting as a clinical resource for support and education within the healthcare facility.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (must be AHA or ARC certified).
  • Valid NBRC credentials (CRT or RRT).
  • Active state license for practice.
  • Experience working with pediatric and geriatric populations.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
  • NRP and PALS certifications are highly preferred.
