Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Educator will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of educational initiatives for nursing personnel. This vital position will establish a robust framework of educational programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of both licensed and unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
  • Valid Professional Registered Nurse License in the state.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical environment, alongside 3 years of educational experience that encompasses leadership and facilitation roles.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering nursing or healthcare education programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing is advantageous.
  • Certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems is desirable.
