Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our nursing personnel
* Collaborate with nursing leaders to create a framework for educational development and activities
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on best practices and evidence-based care
* Stay up-to-date with the latest medical programs and technologies to ensure our nursing staff has the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
* Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
* Minimum of 1-3+ years' experience as an RN in a hospital setting and education experience that includes leadership, facilitator and educator experience
* Experience in developing and facilitating nursing/healthcare education programs

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
* Med Surg certification preferred
* Experience in leveraging learning management systems preferred
