Job Summary:
We are seeking a Critical Care Nurse to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a coronary care unit and possess excellent assessment, planning, and implementation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients in the coronary care unit.
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coronary care unit.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS and NIHSS certifications.
- EPIC experience required.
- Active, current NY state license.
