- Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care
- Providing health education and training to family members
- Managing verbal orders from physicians and ensuring proper documentation
- Communicating effectively with physicians, clients, and family members regarding patient status and concerns
- Performing additional duties as assigned
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from a recognized organization
- Recent TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
- Preferred: Six months of prior nursing experience
- Reliable transportation required
- Eligibility for benefits is based on employment status
As a Medicare and Medicaid provider, compliance with health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing, is mandatory, with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons.
