Key Responsibilities:

· Allocate tasks, prioritize work orders, and manage daily operations to enhance productivity and resource efficiency.

· Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, identifying hazards and implementing corrective measures in line with industry safety standards.

· Address complex customer issues by analyzing work order requests, investigating complaints, and coordinating maintenance activities with customer representatives.

· Troubleshoot intricate electrical and mechanical issues by interpreting schematics and drawings, repairing or replacing components, and executing various procedures.

· Utilize a range of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and welding apparatus, to carry out maintenance tasks.

· Prepare and review service reports detailing the work performed, parts used, and a clear understanding of the issues and solutions, ensuring timely completion of timesheets and expense reports.

· Ensure all field personnel receive appropriate training and are equipped for their assigned tasks.

· Maintain company vehicles, trailers, equipment, and tools in safe and operational condition.

· Guide Maintenance Millwright I and II in effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes and manage equipment operations.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

· Completion of a pre-employment skills assessment aligned with Field Service Technician III standards.

· Ability to deliver safe, reliable, and courteous service to customers.

· Extensive knowledge of occupational hazards and safety protocols relevant to the trade.

· Proficient understanding of industrial maintenance practices, tools, and equipment, particularly in control systems and large-scale networks.

· Capability to analyze plans, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and personnel needs.

· Proficient in interpreting and applying relevant codes and regulations.

· Intermediate welding skills for steel and light gauge stainless materials.

· Advanced knowledge of machinery systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic components.

· Basic familiarity with control systems, particularly Allen Bradley, Siemens, and B&R PLCs.

· Experience with electromechanical systems, including sensors and electric motors.

· Strong ability to detect faulty equipment operation using sensory skills.

· Proficient with precision measurement tools to ensure accurate assembly and alignment of components.

· Professional demeanor and appearance.

· Physical capability to lift and manage items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.

· Effective communication skills for following and giving instructions.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

· Willingness to travel to client locations and be available for on-call duties.

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Documented experience of 6-10 years in industrial maintenance or related fields, including military training.

· Proven experience in leading maintenance teams.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized software.

· OSHA10-Construction certification required within 90 days of hire.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Personal Tools Required:

(All other tools and machinery will be provided by Anchor Technical)

· PPE - steel or composite toe footwear.

· 25' tape measure, digital caliper, and various wrenches and screwdrivers.

· Fluke 179 Digital Multimeter.
