Job Title: Commercial Roofing Foreman

Baker Roofing Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our roofing crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing crew members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Inspect and test roofing systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as timesheet management and reporting
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on foreman or supervisory roles
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, with the ability to develop and implement effective safety plans
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
