We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team at Baker Roofing Company. As a Foreman, you will play a critical role in the success of our commercial roofing projects, overseeing the installation of TPO, EPDM, PVC, and related materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of roofers, ensuring safety, quality, and labor productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain job site cleanliness and daily housekeeping.
  • Verify material receipts and plan ahead to avoid material shortages.
  • Ensure on-site equipment is properly maintained.
  • Prepare and submit daily job reports, field progress updates, and timesheets.
  • Oversee quality control of each project.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of roofing experience.
  • No certifications required, but a driver's license is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Requires prolonged standing and climbing.
  • Requires considerable use of arms and legs for climbing, lifting, and handling materials.
  • Requires abdominal and lower back strength for repetitive lifting and bending.

Work Environment:

  • Requires working in various temperatures and lighting conditions.
  • Exposure to contaminants, hazardous materials, or equipment.
  • Mistakes can have serious consequences, so safety procedures must be followed.
