Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the introduction of new products into the facility, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions to production.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and profitability, leveraging lean manufacturing techniques and best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing teams, addressing process-related issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent education.
  • Strong analysis skills, including process, capacity, cost/benefit, waste stream, and quality tools.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, including flow, PQ, equipment reliability, and set up reduction.
  • Facilitation and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Computer skills, including advanced level proficiency in Excel and Access.
