- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and interpersonal abilities are essential
- External certifications may be required based on regional and state regulations
- Basic math, calculator, and computer proficiency required
- Ability to read and comprehend work plans is necessary
- Willingness to work off-shift and overtime as needed
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Ability to frequently lift, move, push, and pull 30 to 50 pounds; occasionally over 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and discern sounds
- Ability to kneel and squat occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
